Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this unique HR Leadership position will be instrumental in shaping our Sydney operations as we embark on our journey into operational readiness, enabling growth across all divisions in our business.

Working as part of a supportive and highly collaborative HR team, including one direct report, you will be the HR expert and Leader for our Sydney facility...

With a proven track record in building strong relationship and trust with business leaders to achieve status of trusted advisor, you will carve out and define HR strategy and excellence.

**This is what you will be doing...**
- Elevating leadership effectiveness through coaching of models and frameworks to attain high performing culture
- Overseeing all employee relations matters in a manner consistent with the company values, driving a culture of performance and accountability, while complying with local regulations and appropriately managing risk for the company; manage employee relations cases according to our internal policies and external regulations, and personally lead more complex cases and investigations.
- Business Partnering with key stakeholders to determine organisation design and strategy
- Supporting and leading the industrial relations policies and practices to ensure compliance and optimisation with relevant federal, state and Award(s) legislation.
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws, regulations, and industry standards. This includes staying updated on labor laws, monitoring HR practices for compliance, and participating in audits or investigations when necessary.
- Co-leading the Aegros Inclusion & Diversity strategy and programs to drive equity, innovation and an inclusive culture.
- Supporting and leading the company through times of change through effective change management practices.
- Partnering with our finance team with compensation and benefits programs. This includes conducting salary surveys, analyzing market data, developing compensation structures, managing employee benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements

**Requirements**:
**You will bring...**
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, or related discipline.
- 10+ years in the Human Resources field
- Strong business acumen through demonstrated experience in supporting the creation of business strategy and identifying organizational and talent implications.
- Strong track record in providing coaching and mentoring to leaders at all levels.
- A growth mindset with a track record of creating and adopting innovative HR programs and practices.
- A strong influencer of people to drive optimal outcomes, proven ability to diagnose complex problems and drive effective and sustainable countermeasures.
- Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity and identify systemic approaches to problem solving in a continuously changing environment.
