**The Role**
We are seeking an experienced **Maintenance Coordinator** to join Ventia and work on our Chevron contract. Reporting to the Site Lead, this position will see you assist with all maintenance aspects of our long-term LNG contract on Barrow Island.

In this role you will be perform inspections, coordinate, plan, and execute scopes work, liaise with external clients, site-based, and office based-staff. You will use your previous experience to keep within budgets and timeframes, all whilst maintaining a safe environment.

This is a site-based, full time permanent role on a 2:2 roster, flying from Perth Airport.

**Key duties, but not limited to**:

- Responsible for completing preparation of work within an assigned portfolio of work
- Co-ordinate and oversee all aspects of Maintenance works
- Source materials and plant
- Estimating scopes of work
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with applicable Codes and Standards
- Maintain continuous communications to ensure customer expectations are fully met

**Requirements**:

- Relevant qualification / Trade background (_Instrumentation preferred_)
- Nominee License
- Excellent attitude towards health, safety & environment
- Knowledge of plant processes - Safety, integrity and maintenance processes.
- Ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders at varying levels of seniority
- Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and achieve performance targets
- Previous experience in a similar role or within the Oil & Gas industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience with JDE, Engineering Portal or SAP - _Highly regarded_
