**About Our Client**:

- Oversee and be responsible for accounts payable, cash disbursement, accounts receivable, and cash receipting functions.
- Liaise with Procurement Department to ensure adequate internal controls and efficient processing in procure to pay process.
- Maintain and develop procedures for appropriately managing credit risk in accordance company policies and generally accepted commercial practice.
- Liaise with customer experience and sales teams to ensure that systems enable customer requests to be processed in a professional and timely manner.
- Review accounts for bad debt provisions in accordance with company policy.
- Manage relationship with relevant third‐party providers such as credit reporting agencies and debt collection agencies.
- Ensure that appropriate internal controls are in place for managing all treasury activities.
- Liaise with IT to develop system enhancements and digital solutions to improve processing accuracy and efficiency.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for any system changes or upgrades applicable to the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

**The Successful Applicant**:
We are seeking strategic leaders within the shared services space who have a demonstrated track record in managing AP & AR functions.
