The opportunity:
We have a fantastic opportunity available for 7 months to join our Shared Service team. The purpose of this role is to provide administration support with a Melbourne based supplier and business processes team for Customer and Operations.

The role forms part of the Shared Services team who undertake management and support activities on behalf of the Customer and Operations teams with third party suppliers for key business processes.

To do this successfully you will:

- Investigate customer identification information using operational systems
- Provide exception handling support for workflow of inbound documents
- Complete business support and investigation through support inboxes, face to face investigation and logistic services
- provide first line support for workflow related queries, potentially involving mail house, courier, archive suppliers.
- Effective key stakeholder relationships with third party suppliers and wider business stakeholders
- Previous experience in administration systems preferred.
- Intermediate aptitude of Office tools such as Word, Excel.
- Experience working in a Customer Service environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to convey and present new information to internal and external stakeholders.
