**About the Role**
The role reports to the Executive Support Officer, Operations and Commercial (ESO) and will work closely with the ESO to deliver seamless and responsive support services, enabling the legal staff to focus on preparing and providing legal advice.

**Position Outcomes / Accountabilities**
- You are a positive and collaborative person with a ‘can-do’ attitude who is appreciated and respected by the team for the efficient administrative assistance you provide.
- You efficiently and effectively perform all types of administrative support services for the Operations and Commercial branch in DTP Legal.
- You are observant and learn quickly and work with the ESO and team to develop new, more efficient ways to support the team administration.
- You proactively establish and maintain strong relationships with team members and clients to support delivery of DTP’s objectives and enhance the professional reputation of DTP Legal.
- You support a positive team culture by always acting with respect and courtesy to your colleagues and to our clients.

**Qualifications and Experience**
**Mandatory**
- Fluent English language literacy skills.
- Proficient in touch typing.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint.
**Desirable**
- Experience in administrative support roles.
- Experience using Zycus, Oracle, TRIM, Content Manager and Success Factors.
- Experience in setting up and using Ebriefings.
