Supporting the Founder and small yet growing team, you will be pivotal in the continuing growth and success of the business by adding value to all areas of the business. Your ability to work autonomously and predict the next move will see you succeed on a daily basis. The light-hearted collaborative culture is complemented by a "can do" attitude. **Responsibilities of the role**: - Office management - Administration duties (assist in creating presentations and reports/reviewing documents) - Assist in special projects - Managing and organising calendars - Taking notes at meetings - Assist in organising events like workshops - Communicate with internal and external stakeholders - Maintaining the current database system including process improvement / optimisation - Multi task each of these responsibilities with confidence - Motivated and ambitious to succeed and grow. - An office all rounder who can assist the business through growth. - Ability to manage a range of tasks simultaneously. - Proven success adding value in a fast paced environment - Exposure to the property and construction industry is advantageous - Tech savvy - Ability to multi task and deliver results under pressure and to deadlines - Positive attitude, willing and adaptable - Strong work ethic with a focus on career - Impeccable communication skills - written and verbal - Experience with Xero would be advantageous
