**The Role**
Reporting to the Financial Controller, this is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Office Administrator and Client Support professional to assist with the management of inbound queries from distribution partners and investors, whilst being responsible for office management and reception duties.
**Specific Responsibilities**
- **Office Administration**:Ensure the smooth running of the office, including oversight of of any issues, access queries and maintenance of supplies. This will also include reception meet and greet, mainline phone enquiries, and supporting internal and external stakeholders with meeting room technology
- **Diary & Event Management** for the Chief Investment Officer, and Investment Team. This includes domestic and international travel arrangements and other team functions.
- **Sales Queries**: Act as a liaison between Investment Teams and Distribution Teams through monitoring client queries and enduring they are all addressed and responded to on a timely basis.
- **Communications & Compliance Support**: Monitor the main contact inbox and manage responses to all queries and complaints, ensuring all complaints are recorded in the compliance register and that they are resolved in a timely manner and in accordance with policy. Work with Communications Manager and Compliance Manager to develop talking points and communications summaries to assist managing inbound queries.
- **Operations Administration**: Provide support to the Financial Controller with invoicing, employee expense claims and adhoc operations team admin.
