**About the role**:
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a **full-time, permanent Quality & Compliance Coordinator** to join our team at the brand-new **Oxley Aged Care Home**, opening in **March 2025**.

Reporting to the Chief of Quality and Compliance, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring high standards of care and compliance, driving continuous improvement, and supporting the team to deliver exceptional outcomes for residents.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- **Conducting audits and reviews** to ensure compliance with aged care quality standards.
- Driving **continuous improvement** in clinical care and service delivery.
- **Developing, implementing, and evaluating policies** to align with compliance requirements.
- **Identifying risks** and working with teams to implement mitigation strategies.
- Supporting accreditation and quality processes.

**About you**:

- **Current registration with AHPRA** as a Registered Nurse.
- **Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards** and legislation.
- **Proven ability to identify and implement improvement initiatives**.
- **Exceptional mentoring and collaboration skills** with a team-focused mindset.
- **Excellent time management and organisational abilities**.
- **Proficient in data interpretation** and confident with computer systems.
