About the role:

As an Electrical Project Manager at Keece, you'll be more than just a coordinator. You'll be the conductor of moving parts that make our projects a success. Ideally, you'll have the superpowers of telepathy, x-ray vision and a photographic memory: the ability to understand client needs before they're spoken, see challenges before they arise and keep every detail in sharp focus.

Your "powers" will be put to good use as you navigate the many voices and perspectives of customers, building managers, suppliers, subcontractors and our onsite team. By anticipating risks, interpreting impacts on time, cost, quality and safety, and quickly putting solutions into action, you'll ensure projects run smoothly and deliver above expectations.

At the heart of this role is leadership. Guiding apprentices, tradespeople and stakeholders while fostering a culture of efficiency, safety and compliance will be key. With you at the helm, projects will not just get delivered. They will be delivered seamlessly, safely and (almost) effortlessly.

The Key Skills:

Experience

You'll bring at least 2+ years of electrical project management experience, ideally in the commercial space. That foundation gives you the kind of sharp instincts that let you see projects from every angle.

Communication Skills

Clear, confident communication is one of your superpowers. While no one can predict the future, your ability to anticipate challenges, react quickly, and keep everyone aligned makes all the difference. Whether it's negotiating with clients, coordinating with trades, or keeping projects on track, your words (spoken and written) will set the pace.

Leadership

Great teams don't just happen, they're built. By mentoring apprentices, guiding trades, and setting the tone onsite, you'll contribute to a culture that's efficient, safe, compliant, and driven to succeed. Your leadership means the job doesn't just get done, it gets done well.
