**About the role**:
We are looking for a **Lifestyle Coordinator** to join our team in a **permanent full-time role** (Monday to Friday) at our brand-new **Oxley Aged Care Home**, opening in **March 2025**. In this position, you will **lead and inspire a lifestyle team** while building meaningful connections with residents. You will create and coordinate engaging activities that enhance residents’ quality of life, ensuring their individual interests and well-being are at the heart of everything you do.

This is a hands-on role that combines **team leadership** with **direct resident engagement**, making it ideal for someone who is compassionate, organised, and experienced in the aged care sector.

**About you**:

- **Experience in coordinating lifestyle programs** in aged care or a similar setting
- **Strong leadership skills** to motivate and guide a team
- **Passion for enhancing residents’ quality of life** through meaningful activities
- **Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure** (desirable)
- **Current First Aid and BLS certifications** (desirable)
- **Excellent communication and organisational skills**
