We are looking for a Warehouse Operations and Facilities Supervisor to join our team here at APR Engineering factory
- Full time position

Duties and Responsibilities:

- manage a safe, customer focused and cost-efficient Warehouse and Workshop facilities function.
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the Warehouse and workshop, including inventory control, PO fulfillment, delivering / receiving activities, QA.
- Achieve of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring quality of goods.
- Manage stock, inventory control (Validation and processing of stock adjustments and inventory write offs, manage inventory accuracy).
- Plan and purchase of Tools on agreed budget with management.
- Support and optimise quality control processes to ensure product standards are maintained according to technical documentation.
- Oversee maintenance of the facility, equipment and machinery, coordinating with external contractors if needed.
- Ensure appropriate record keeping is adhered to for receiving and dispatching goods to third party or company.

The essentials:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Has ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- Current Forklift Licence
- A strong work ethic with a 'can do' attitude, flexible and cooperative.
