**About the role**:
We are currently seeking a **Roster Coordinator** to join our team on a **permanent, full-time basis**, commencing **March 2025**, at our brand-new, state-of-the-art Oxley Aged Care Home.

The Roster Coordinator is responsible for planning, managing, and maintaining staff rosters to ensure workforce coverage aligns with resident care needs and operational priorities. This critical role supports the smooth running of our **commissioning** home by balancing staff availability, leave requests, and compliance requirements.

**About you**:

- Experience **in workforce scheduling or rostering,**ideally within **aged/health care**:

- Excellent **organisational skills** and **attention to detail**:

- Strong **communication and interpersonal skills**:

- Proficiency in **rostering systems** and relevant technology (experience with Humanforce highly regarded)
- Ability to prioritise, problem-solve, and adapt in a **fast-paced environment**:

- A **collaborative, positive, and professional attitude** with a focus on achieving outcomes
