**About the Role**
Following extensive growth and restructuring, a new receptionist position has been created to work within our team.
We are looking for the right person who can work both autonomously and as part of a team.
If you have initiative and possess strong communication skills (written and verbal) then please apply.
- Ability to answer the phone in a clear and confident manner
- Understand the importance of prioritising and the ability to multitask
- Medium PC literacy - MS Office Suite, Outlook
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional time management skills
- Completing data entry with a high level of efficiency and accuracy.
- Ideally a minimum of 1-2 years experience in a previous role, which includes administration work.
- Record, monitor, and communicate information appropriately.
- Owning the role and making it their own
