**About the role**

A great role that requires someone with a positive outlook, effective organisational skills, possess good time management abilities, attention to detail, good team building skills and lots of initiative. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Answering of incoming service calls and returning calls on behalf of the Service Department.
- Helping customers to book taxis, hire cars or give directions
- Assisting the Concierge in meeting and greeting Service clients and booking their vehicles in and out
- The hours of work will be 8am
- 5pm

**To be considered for the position, you will have**:

- A commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
- Must be able to follow processes and procedures to meet company standards.
- Microsoft Office user skills, be able to adapt to new technology
- High attention to detail and well-developed communication skills
- Ability to multi skill and prioritize duties and work in a team environment
- Previous experience in a similar position or within the retail automotive industry would be desirable.
