**About Us**

ReLove is a social and environmental charity that rescues great quality furniture and household items destined for landfill and distributes them through our charity partners to people in crisis.

ReLove currently furnishes the homes of around 25 families per week including women and children impacted by domestic violence, people experiencing homelessness and those coming out of incarceration.

**The Role**
We’re looking for a warm, organised and motivated Admin Assistant / Receptionist to be the friendly face and efficient backbone of our operations. This is a full-time position based at our warehouse in Alexandria, Sydney.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist clients, partners, and visitors to the warehouse
- Schedule daily truck deliveries and manage logistics calendars
- Support the management team with general admin tasks
- Issue invoices and support records management using Excel
- Assist with social media posts, canva presentations as necessary

**What You’ll Bring**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and welcoming presence
- Strong empathy and ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds
- Great organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Experience with Canva and social media platforms is a plus
- Experience with Shopify is desirable

**Requirements**:

- Must have full-time working rights in Australia. Applications without this cannot be considered.
- A valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) is required.
- Given the nature of our work, we are unable to consider applicants with a criminal history, particularly involving violence-related offences.

Pay: From $48,000.00 per year
