Your responsibilities will include;
- Delivering high quality service to both internal and external customers
- Handling inbound calls from a diverse range of customers
- Staying up to date with product knowledge
- Coordinating client appointments for colour selection and walking them through the process
- Managing transport allocation
- Performing data entry for orders and credits/returns

This client employs over 100 people Australia wide and are continuously growing, this provides great opportunity for career progression and personal growth. The company preference is to develop staff internally before outsourcing
