**The Role**:

- Responding to enquiries swiftly.
- Records management.
- Data entry and switchboard management.
- Filing and archiving.
- Ad hoc administration tasks where required.

**Your Profile**:

- Demonstrated customer service experience.
- Excellent written and verbal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centring mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
