**Your new role**:
In your new role you will provide your team with overall guidance and leadership across the Piping and Mechanical disciplines. With your sound knowledge of various processing techniques.About you:
**As an applicant for this opportunity, you'll have**:

- Previous experience investigating new technology supporting installations methods, and implement with team. Demonstrated a comprehensive knowledge of the work scope at a job card level prior to, and during, the execution by the supervisors
- Previously managed Piping and Mechanical activities across multiple in a similar industry and the direct management of the integrated work teams including Supervisors, Leading Hands, Trades & Trade supporting roles
- Managed and identified key Risk and Opportunities and provide guidance for lessons learnt register
- Previously used various IT programs for the day to day management of work scopes
- Conducted team meetings - The ability to provide support for estimates as required - Ensured the work areas and surrounding areas of ships and site are “visitor ready” at all times
- Developed build strategies and proposed recommendations for improvement. Drive all improvements through from conception to execution. Manage resource levels in line with resource profile.
- Extensive experience working with Mechanical and Piping installation
- Substantial leadership experience managing teams of trades skills
- A Trade or Engineering background and relevant qualifications
- A focus on safety in the workplace
- The ability to support multiple stakeholders
