Pipe Fitter

**Pipe Fitter**:
**_Key objectives & responsibilities include:_**
- Fabricate pipe spools out of stainless steel, copper nickel and duplex stainless steels.
- Assemble & install pipework using a range of materials and jointing processes eg: TIG, Pressfit, Veiga, S-lok, Pyplok, SAE, JIC, EO2, BSPP, BSPT, PVC SCJ etc.
- Tube bending using manual and mechanical bending tools.
- Assemble & install of pipes, valves, pumps, cylinders, gauges, strainers, and associated equipment as detailed in construction drawings and schematics.
- Piping system pressure testing.
- Able to read and understand piping system isometric design drawings and schematics.
- Able to follow quality management systems.
- Able to complete quality inspections and documentation for piping systems.
- Able to work safely in a team environment.
- Able to follow HSEQ quality systems and legislation.
- Good planning and preparation skills.
- Good communication.
- Good housekeeping.

**_Required Skills / Experience / Attributes:_**
- A relevant Trade Qualification.
- Pipe and tube fitting.
- Pipe and Tube manufacturing via GTAW (TIG)
- Tube bending.
- Able to read and understand construction drawings and schematics.
- Familiarity with pressure testing and commissioning of piping and equipment.
- Hold full Australian working rights.
- Be physically fit and comfortable working in confined spaces and working at heights.
- White Card (Construction Card)
