**Role - Casual Accounts Assistant**
Training will be provided however experience of 1-2 years is essential and qualifications in accounts/finance will be highly regarded.
An ASAP start is preferred
Hours on offer initially are expected to be a minimum of 12 hours per week flexed up to 20 based on demands on the job and the company growth.
Roster will consist of x4 hour shifts x3 days per week between 8 and 4pm between Monday and Friday. School hours can be accommodated for and flexibility in rostering of shifts can be discussed
This is an in-office role, no work from home will be considered.
Pay rates are competitive and will be based on the experience and start-readiness you can bring to the role. This is not a senior role and the rate will be reflected in this.

**Considerations**
- High technology and computing skills
- Very high attention to detail and ability to identify improvements
- Highly developed time management and organisational skills are a must
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar role
- Current police clearance certificate
- Experienced with using Xero for a minimum of 1-2 years
- Own reliable transport to factory/office
- Excellent communication skills and fluent in English
- Ability to work autonomously; an excellent eye for detail; work to achieve high standards in all tasks
- Be adaptable to fluctuations in workload
- Ability to work efficiently either independently or as part of a team
Experience with the following will be held in high regard
- Accounts Payable/Receivable commercially
- Experience with Asana, Employment Hero, Dext, ServiceM8, AroFlo, Bitwarden, MS Office 365 suite especially Sharepoint and Excel
- Process and procedure management
- Fleet management of accounts
**Job Type**: Casual
Pay: $25.00 - $37.50 per hour

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

- Bookkeeping: 1 year (required)
