This one is looking for a **Digital Marketing Manager** that can show a couple of years on the clock, knows enough Google Adwords to reduce the need for mollycoddling, and has a good head for numbers and optimisation.

**On a role**

You’ll be on the tools, on the platform, knee deep in spreadsheets, and switched on to the mechanics of how to write a search ad. You’re someone who knows the ins and outs of channels, though you don’t have to be an expert.

Your mind is both agile and curious, you’re overfamiliar with terms like performance marketing, ROI, click through and engagement rates, and cost per lead, and you are experienced enough to uncover relevant creative insights that can be fed back into the business.

You’re fluent in hard performance metrics and can figure out if they’re working or what improvements are necessary over time.

The vibe is as cool and laid back as the crowd you’ll work with, and the hours are flexible to work around what suits you (2-3 days from home is the norm). The office, when you do come in, is nice and central (literally, it’s 300m from Central Station), dress code is casual, and team lunches are a thing pretty regularly (but not overkill)

**CV check**:

- 2-3 years’ experience in performance marketing
- Working knowledge of publisher platforms (Adwords and Meta essential)
- Working experience in Google Analytics
- Excellent written communication skills & technical fluency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Numerate; must be able to extract insights from data and make sense of it
- An insatiable hunger for ROI and the drive to achieve it
- Familiarity with the fintech or automotive industries (not essential, but advantageous)
