**Company Overview**:
Our client is a leading provider of Air compressors with a strong presence in the mining, power, chemical and paper industry. As they continue to expand their customer base, they are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join their team in Perth. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to their growth and establish strong customer relationships.

**Position Summary**:
The Sales Engineer will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth with existing and new customers in WA. The primary responsibility of this role is focused on the aftermarket sales of spare parts and service contracts and to develop new business opportunities for the while maintaining and expanding relationships with established accounts. The Sales Engineer will work closely with the larger sales team to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote safety compliance and mitigate hazards through audits, risk assessments, and adherence to procedures.
- Identify and secure ETO projects, develop call cycles, and provide technical support to customers.
- Prepare quotations, conduct on-site testing, and maintain accurate records for customer machines.
- Develop budgets, forecast sales, assist with tenders, and support project delivery while maintaining positive customer relationships.

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Engineering or Business Discipline qualifications preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of sales or industry experience in mining, power, chemical, or paper industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Technical or mechanical engineering background.
