Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bibra Lake, WA for a Sales Marketing Manager. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, driving sales and revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media accounts, creating marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and analysing sales data. The role also involves coordinating with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals and managing customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in creating and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and analysing data
  • Strong knowledge of social media management and digital marketing techniques
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills
  • Proven ability to drive sales and revenue growth through effective marketing campaigns
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the concrete and flooring industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
