Permanent opportunity for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager in the private health sector.

**Your new role**

As the Sales & Marketing Manager you will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for managing a team of high performing individuals across the organisations business development, campaign management and marketing strategies.

**Key responsibilities include but aren’t limited to**:

- Lead the team across all business development activities including strategy, targets and performance reviews.
- Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns from ideation through to reporting.
- Develop and implement all marketing and educational events including coordination of facilities and speakers.
- Management of the organisations brand across all marketing materials and communications channels to ensure consistency and alignment of the organisation’s values.
- Planning and preparation of content for organisations marketing materials including website management and social media.
- Responsible for all internal and external stakeholder relationships in relation to campaign & corporate sponsorships.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- You will be proven experience within a sales, marketing or communications role with at least 5 years in a people management capacity.
- Experienced within the health or allied health sector is highly desired.
- Demonstrated success in the development and implementation of effective marketing strategies.
- You will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques including SEO and analytics.
- You will possess excellent communication skills with a strong ability to inspire and motivate team members.
