**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with business goals and objectives.
- Set sales targets and define metrics to assess sales performance and market penetration.
- Engage directly with key clients to secure major accounts and maintain profitable relationships.
- Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity to adjust strategies and enhance sales initiatives.
- Spearhead the creation of brand loyalty programs that enhance long-term consumer relationships and increase consumption of our products and services.
- Manage the brand image, ensuring consistent and positive representation across all marketing and public relations channels.
- Monitor and analyse market trends and competitors, adjusting strategies as necessary to maintain competitive advantage.
- Develop budgets for marketing and sales campaigns, and oversee their execution from conception through to analysis, ensuring they meet the goals of the organization.
- Establish and maintain sustainable relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, investors, and the public to strengthen the organization’s image and reputation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing management, demonstrating success in developing marketing strategies and sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing strategies including social media, content marketing, and online campaigns.
- Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively and delegate.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
