**The Team**
The Process Transition team works very closely with the Continuous Improvement, Process Automation and Document Automation functions within the Legal Service Operations group to help users across the firm transition to more digital ways of working in the delivery of their legal services.
**The Role**
A permanent opportunity working as a Legal Operations Database Administrator is open to our Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Perth or Adelaide office with hybrid working arrangements available. In this role, you will support the activities of the Best Practice Adviser and Best Practice Consultants as they collaborate with specific legal work streams across the firm, helping triage and coordinate activities along with the day-to-day administration across the team.
The Legal Operations Database Administrator may also liaise with Executive Assistants and other support staff in the Lines of Business or in other functions across Digital and Business Operationss to arrange meetings and coordinate other activities that involve those teams.
In this role you will have the opportunity to:
- Develop productive working relationships with key contacts across Digital, Bus Ops and also within the Lines of Business;
- Monitor ServiceNow ticket requests and triaging requests across Automation & Client Solution Teams;
- Assist the Process Transition team with system administration, including data entry, project administration and testing;
- Organise other meetings and other team logistics;
- Coordinate documentation and content generated or being managed across the team;
- Other team admin support including reconciliation of corporate AMEX expenses through Concur; and
- Assist with other ad hoc duties, as required.
