**Your new role**
Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial and Finance you will take the lead on a great initiative; to improve capacity and drive competitive advantages across Australia. The key to this role is a combination of external and internal stakeholder management, with the suppliers, franchisor, masters and franchisees alike. In the process you will deliver successful outcomes to the franchisees whilst also benefiting G.J.’s core strategy. Duties associated with procurement and contract management on a national scale, achieving supplier goals and building internal relationships will all play a part in this role.

**What you'll need to succeed**
You will have significant supplier engagement experience, either through a commercial, contract or procurement management role. Experience in the building industry will be highly regarded, either for a large builder or even a large merchant such as Bunnings. It is expected you would be tertiary qualified; whether that be in Construction, Business, Finance or Property, all will be considered. Strong engagement skills are essential, with the ability to maintain and develop strong relationships across a variety of stakeholders. Experience in a national role, or with a franchising business would be advantageous, but not essential.
