Vets Central is on a mission to become Australia's leading veterinary partner, supporting the delivery of quality veterinary services to the community and we're now on the hunt for a Relationship Manager to join our awesome (even if we do say so ourselves) team.

The Relationship Manager holds overall responsibility for achieving the company vision through having full operational and financial responsibility for a portfolio of veterinary clinics across NSW. As the primary conduit between our clinics and the Support Office, the Relationship Manager acts as a business coach for Practice Managers and Lead Veterinarians. As the driver of revenue growth, the Relationship Manager will build and support the execution of strategic plans while ensuring the business is relevant and responsive to target market trends and changes. Maintaining excellent standard of care will also be a priority focus.

Reporting to the General Manager Operations we are looking for an individual that thrives on change, improvements, and creating efficiencies. **Skills, Competencies & Experience**
- Minimum five years’ experience in a business management role, particularly in a multi-site environment
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to successfully manage people, including employee relations, workforce planning, change management and conflict resolution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong financial acumen and confident reporting abilities
- Qualifications in business management or human resource management highly desirable
- Experience within the Veterinary industry a bonus
- The ability to travel is a requirement of this role
