As a seasoned Nurse Educator, you’ve **spent your career in amongst the action**. Now you have the **unique opportunity** to be the one to CALL ‘action’

This **leading role **will put the right Nurse Educator at centre stage**:managing** **a team of Clinical Nurse Educators who create L&D video content, and assisting in its production.**

Of course, not everyone will fit the bill - it’ll take someone **big on details and time management**, but right **at home in a creative environment**. Who’s **positive and likeable**, yet comfortable and confident **managing people**.

**AND YOU ARE ?**

In addition to Registered Nurse AHPRA certification, you’ll need:

- **Experience either managing Nurse Educators, or in an Aged Care management role within L&D**:

- Ability to travel
- **Fantastic people and relationship building skills**:

- Top level written and verbal communication skills
- **A strong awareness of Learning and Development principles**:

- IT systems proficiency

**Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (Altura Learning)**, your role includes:

- **Leading the Education team **in maintaining the course library and **ensuring the clinical accuracy of all course content**:

- **Identifying potential new learning techniques and technologies**:

- Identifying opportunities for **creating new learning products and developing new courses to go in to production**:

- **Driving continuous improvement**:

- **Ensuring courses are up to date** with best practice and legislative changes
- Working in partnership with relevant groups to anticipate needs of the sector
- **Acting as high level liaison within the organisation** to optimise business development opportunities and member satisfaction
- **Working strategically with production department**
