HR Administrator/Permanent role - $75-90k Package - Belrose Office based HR Administrator/Permanent $75-90k Package Stand alone role, Belrose Office based **About the role**: As an HR Administrator, you will be readily available to the director and employees to provide support and advice on employment-related matters. You will have the freedom to implement and improve the recruitment process for both Australia & NZ. **Your duties**: - Talent acquisition - You'll be managing the recruitment and Onboarding process for employees in Australia & NZ. - Research and manage Job boards, social media and other media and resources for promoting vacancies to attract suitable applicants. Monitor levels and quality of response and adjust for future advertising if necessary. - Promote positive business stories through a variety of mediums (e.g. glass door, Facebook, careers website) to maximize employer reputation. - Responsible for all areas of the employee lifecycle as well as HR compliance for our office staff and technician team - Maintaining and updating employee information on their HR System. - Assist General Manager and liaise with external advisors to resolve employee relations issues and deal with disciplinary issues in line with local legislation. - Reporting to the General manager. - Undertake additional administration duties as required. **About you**: - Proven work experience as an HR Administrator or similar role (Minimum 1-3 years) - Excellent knowledge of HR functions and best practices - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - Demonstrated ability to streamline processes and implement efficiencies. - Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems. **What we offer**: - A safe and professional environment - A competitive salary package. - Inclusive culture - like a small family - Freedom to make this role your own. - Opportunity for international travel Applications received after the due date may be considered for similar roles.
