Fashion Photographer/videographer Content Creator

We are an Australian based shoe retailer specialising in European footwear and accessories.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
**Responsibilities**
- Working collaboratively with team on campaigns and product launches
- Shooting and creating contact for our brands across a range of business assets
- Brainstorming and storyboarding of content ideas, considering both creative direction as well as how the content can drive brand engagement and sales
- Assist in the pre-production of all campaign shoots including briefing, timing plan, props sourcing
- Select appropriate audio, graphic and animation styles for videos
- Work collaboratively with the Marketing team to assist in bringing communication plans to life
- Ability to work autonomously and ensure content is delivered on time and within budget
- Champion content creation for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and blog
- Maintain our distinct brand identity, while helping develop a plan to create and promote exciting content that resonates with our audience
- Stay atop of emerging trends, technologies, publications and brands and always bring a big picture thinking approach to each project
- Regularly review the performance of content - using data and insights to iterate and improve

**Skills & experience required**
- Commercial product photography experience with an eye for detail
- Experience in a similar role creating campaign photography and content for commercial use
- Have previous experience in videography and content creation with the ability to pivot and create content on the go
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Suite
- Have a strong understanding of editorial video and photo editing
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to follow a brief
- Excellent time management skills, including the ability to meet quick turnaround times, multi-task, prioritise projects and communicate progress with management
- Strong visual skills, including an eye for good lighting, shot composition and use of colour and graphics

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
