**About the Role**

The Head of Information & Communication Technology is a key leadership position within the Finance and Infrastructure Division. Fundamental to the success of this role is developing innovative ICT strategies and roadmaps through strong leadership capability. This position requires superior stakeholder management, both with the ICT leadership team, vendors and the wider Endeavour Foundation business.

This role is critical to the success of Endeavour Foundation’s strategic and operational goals, being accountable for the delivery of ICT solutions and services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the development of effective ICT policies, processes, portfolio management, development standards, methodologies, controls and governance
- Manage the provision and end to end lifecycle management of all ICT services, projects, operational systems and service providers to deliver seamless, high performing ICT services to all users in accordance with agreed service levels.
- Establish metrics for managing and measuring ICT service delivery and establish IT Service Management practices to ensure agreed KPIs and SLAs are met.
- Provide strategic leadership, management, advice and guidance in relation to all ICT matters to ensure the services provided by Endeavour Foundation, are delivered in the most effective, efficient and contemporary way.
- Develop and execute the Endeavour Foundation ICT strategy, target architecture and roadmap, and lead the ICT team in an effective and efficient ICT service delivery aligned to the ICT and enterprise strategy
- Drive effective ICT commercial governance and cost modelling across the organisation and develop, manage and control the operating and capital budgetary requirements for the technology division.
- Develop reporting information that is concise, easily read and accurate, so as to provide the Executive with necessary information to ensure that the portfolio is being management efficiently and within accepted board approved risk tolerances.
- Develop strong relationships with vendors to ensure they understand the business requirements and hold them to account for commitments,
- Lead the Implementation of programs and controls to ensure information assets owned or managed by Endeavour Foundation are adequately protected, available and remain compliant with regulatory, commercial obligations.

**What you will bring to the role**
- In addition to the standard prerequisites detailed below what will separate you from the rest is having delivered a whole of business technology transformation in either an in-house role or perhaps in a senior consulting/contracting capacity. The success was underpinned by embracing best practice change management principle.
- Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline including Information Technology, Engineering or Business
- Proven experience in a similar ICT leadership role with minimum 5 years’ experience
- Excellent organisational, analytical and decision-making skills.
- Highly developed planning and problem-solving skills.
- A deep understanding of the Systems Development Lifecycle and a thorough knowledge of latest industry developments in business technology.
- Excellent knowledge of ICT systems and infrastructure.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, successfully engaging high performing, multidisciplinary teams to support organisational objectives.
- Strong reputation for business alignment and ICT solutions that solve business problems.
- Proven success in developing strong collaborative relationships.
- Demonstrated experience driving digital transformation and business growth through innovation and the implementation of technology.
- Demonstrated experience with SaaS, cloud-based, and outsourced solutions through third party providers.
- Demonstrated experience and ability to navigate and lead through constant and complex change.
