Case Manager Position - Global Renowned Migration Agency About the Role
Our globally renowned Migration Agency, located in Melbourne CBD, is seeking an extroverted and dynamic Case Manager with a proven track record of working previously in a Migration and Education Agency. This is an exciting opportunity for someone motivated and eager to grow within our company.
Key Success Measures
- Guide and Provide key information to clients and individuals in migration processes.
- Receive and Manage inquiries, analyzing educational and migration possibilities.
- Recommend the best options based on the clients profile.
- Leverage your sales background to drive success and innovation.
About You
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role; global experience is highly regarded.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- A team player who works cooperatively to achieve group goals.
- Ability to follow processes and procedures and respond quickly to correct any issues.
- Consistently deliver exceptional work standards.
- Bring a proactive and positive approach to work each day.
