**Company Profile**Merchants Prosperity Education and Immigration, established in 2016, is a well-established Australian local company specializing in study abroad and immigration services. The company is located at 255 Bourke Street, Melbourne VIC 3000. Since its inception, we have been dedicated to providing high-quality services to international students and new immigrants. Our team consists of Australian-registered lawyers, migration agents, and education consultants who work on-site. The office offers a pleasant working environment with convenient access to transportation, situated close to Melbourne’s Chinatown. We are now hiring for multiple positions and sincerely invite experienced professionals to join us.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
- Demonstrate strong project management skills, with the ability to monitor and manage key timelines for clients' visa processes
- Maintain detailed client communication records, case files, and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Stay updated on changes to immigration laws and policies to provide high-quality, up-to-date services
- Exhibit strong teamwork and collaborate effectively with different departments.
- Represent the company professionally and uphold ethical standards in all communications with clients and stakeholders

**Core Requirements**
- Full-time migration agent availability
- Certification as a Migration Agent (MARA registration) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English
- Full-time working rights in Australia, preferably as a permanent resident or citizen
- Friendly personality with a professional appearance and demeanor

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $48,907.33 - $98,702.72 per year
