**Qualifications**:

- Hold a bachelor's or master’s degree in education counseling, or a related field.
- Additional certifications or postgraduate qualifications in areas such as career counseling or educational psychology can be beneficial.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including high level oral and written communication skills, negotiation and problem solving with capacity to interact effectively with a broad range of stakeholder.
- Attracting international students to enroll in a variety of courses/universities, change courses, Professional Year Program, etc;
- Setup partnership with schools
- Maintain record and follow up on commission with school
- Review of contract or agreement with schools
- Assisting students in identifying their educational goals and career aspirations.
- Providing information about various educational programs, institutions, and admission requirements.
- Conducting assessments to determine students' strengths, interests, and aptitudes.
- Offering advice on course selection, study pathways, and career prospects.
- Providing support and guidance throughout the decision-making process.
- Maintain a sustainable and mutual-supportive relationship with Australian higher education providers
