We are a small, dedicated team looking for a reliable and organised Administrator to support our weekly operations. This role involves a variety of tasks and requires strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
About Us:
We focus on GPS tracking for the construction industry through our main business, MongerTracker, helping manage fleets, assets, and equipment. We also provide IoT consulting services to help businesses use technology effectively.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain a database of clients using CRM tools.
- Conduct LinkedIn outreach to prospects and manage communications.
- Prepare and post capability brochures with personalised notes.
- Process payroll (highly automated) and manage invoices.
- Oversee subscriptions, including changes, renewals, and cancellations.
- Perform basic bookkeeping and financial record management.
- Handle shipping and delivery tasks for client orders.
- Summarise weekly progress and assist with planning for the following week.
**About You**:
- Organised and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in CRM tools and LinkedIn.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
