You will often work to tight timeframes, across multiple and varied content creation activities using your ability to prioritise and partner with stakeholders throughout the business. Everything we do has purpose and connects back to our focus on having "people at the heart" of what we deliver. - Additionally you’ll: - Provide communications support as required to support executive leadership strategic priorities. - Deliver corporate internal communications calendar, campaigns, communications materials for multiple settings including Internal TV screens, posters, intranet, Viva Engage, Swift and others. - Input to internal communication channels campaign metrics and monitoring performance to optimise and improve effectiveness. - Support the event manager with communications connected to events. - Provide communications support to group functions. **About you**: - Demonstrated experience with content development and exceptional writing skills. - Ability to craft and tailor strategic and corporate messages for a variety of audiences. - Creative problem solver with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Well-developed computer skills including Microsoft package. Exposure to Adobe Express or Canva would be an advantage but not essential. - Relevant qualifications in Communications or similar is desired. **About Ventia**: Ventia is a leading infrastructure services company, operating across Australia and New Zealand.
