We are offering an exciting opportunity to join Zurich’s Brand, Marketing & Corporate Affairs team as a Communications Advisor

In this dynamic role, you will play an integral part overseeing internal communications and external media that drive Zurich’s strategic priorities. You’ll collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to generate, deliver, and distribute diverse, impactful content across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities

- Developing imaginative and engaging content for internal communications across multiple channels to drive employee engagement

- Delivering clear and compelling verbal and visual communications to engage the internal audience

- Planning and executing internal communication initiatives to foster connection, alignment and celebrate our workplace culture

- Coordinating with internal stakeholders for content and event planning

- Liaising with various stakeholders and responding to employee enquiries

- Developing content for internal communications across multiple channels.

Qualifications & Skills

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field

- Proven experience in internal or external communications, preferably in a large organisation

- Knowledge of communication best practices and industry trends, particularly in new technology and artificial intelligence to discover new ways to work and communicate

- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- High attention to detail and ability to respond to shifting priorities
