**About the Role**
The Case Management Officer plays a vital role in Employment Compliance, supporting the University’s compliance with legislative and Enterprise Agreement requirements. You will provide end-to-end case management support, triaging, investigating, and remediating wage enquiries to ensure effective resolution. This role requires handling wage enquiries, progressing claims and investigations, and using data-driven insights to support remediation activities. You will also build strong relationships across the University, working closely with senior leaders, payroll, and legal teams on sensitive matters.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting case and investigation activities, including triaging, scoping, validating, and resolving non-compliance issues, with a focus on end-to-end wage enquiries and claims.
- Conducting preliminary case assessments through interviews, data gathering, and data analysis of compliance metrics, while maintaining accurate records and upholding confidentiality.
- Preparing reports with conclusions and recommendations, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders, seeking expert advice as necessary, and implementing remediation actions where needed.

- Managing records securely to ensure confidentiality and compliance, contributing to comprehensive documentation and data integrity across all case-related activities.
**Who we are looking for**
You will have excellent interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels and build strong working relationships. You will also demonstrate superb written and verbal communication abilities, tailoring messages to suit the audience, along with a strong commitment to handling confidential information with respect for privacy and attention to detail.
You will also have:
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline, or a comparable blend of experience and education/training.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with a proven ability to manage, analyse, and interpret large and complex data sets.
- Demonstrated experience in data analytics and presenting findings effectively, with the ability to translate technical language for non-technical stakeholders.
- Some experience working with awards, policy, or employment legislation, contributing to informed and compliant case handling.
