You will be working closely with faculty leaders to develop and implement risk management strategies, supporting our commitment to meeting the health and social needs of the communities we serve.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- **Coordinate Risk Management**:Manage case reports, conduct risk assessments, and maintain the Clinical Education Risk Register.
- **Develop Strategy and Governance**:Support the execution of the Faculty's Clinical Education Strategy and Risk workplan, producing reports for key stakeholders.
- **Enhance Policies and Processes**:Contribute to continuous improvement of risk management practices through research and stakeholder engagement.
- **Foster Stakeholder Relationships**:Build strong connections across the University to promote best practices in clinical education risk management.
**You may be a great fit if**:
You are an experienced risk management professional with a background in tertiary education, clinical education, healthcare, or large complex organisation settings, possessing excellent analytical skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
**You may also**:
- Possess strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Demonstrate proficiency in maintaining detailed risk management records and preparing comprehensive assessments.
- Have experience in project management and process improvement.
- Show a strong understanding of student placement policies and clinical settings.
