Service Desk Analyst

As the **Service Desk Analyst** you will ensure queries are logged, assessed, and resolved within the given timeframes whilst providing exceptional levels of customer service. **The Role**: - Provide support and solve non-complex problems to minimise system down-time and loss of productivity line with existing service level targets and as per ITIL best practice. - Respond to enquiries in a responsive, customer focused manner and ensure that accurate, targeted, and timely information is supplied to effectively resolve the customer issue or fulfil the customer request. - Own issues and requests received through the Service Desk through to resolution. - Support set-up activities for computers, printers, multifunction devices, tablets, smartphones, and other ICT systems. - Participate and contribute to the development and ongoing maintenance of the Group’s support documentation. - Escalate requests and incidents as required to other teams within the Group. - Assist with the development, review, and implementation of IT security controls. **Key Requirements**: - Demonstrated experience and commitment to providing exceptional levels of customer service - Demonstrated experience in a service/help desk role supporting ICT hardware, software, networks, and peripherals in an enterprise environment. - Experience in the installation and maintenance of Microsoft Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and various Microsoft Office software products. - Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritise. - Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. - Exceptional conceptual ability, skills in analysis and problem solving. - Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook **To be successful for this role you must have the following**: - Eligibility for a QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and National Police Check - Current driver’s license to travel if required. - Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident If you think this role sounds like you, click **"APPLY" Now
