This well-established company specialise in all facets of the HVACR (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration) industries. Located on Brisbane's Northside, our client is a medium sized company currently employing over 50 industry experts committed to providing high quality customer service.

This position will see you perform a range of diverse Project administration functions for the company to assist in ensuring the productive operation of the business.

**What are we looking for?**
- Project administration
- New project setup, including assisting PM with project summaries and targets
- Document Control relating to drafting, engineering & suppliers/subcontractors issued documents
- Project Claim management and Invoicing
- Assisting PMs with monthly forecasting and cost to complete
- Minute Construction meetings
- Managing administrative and reception functions
- General accounting administration, Accounts payable and receivable (checking invoices, raising PO’s chasing debtors etc.)
- Answering incoming calls, placing orders and redirecting calls
- Office coordination, and organisation of office equipment and supplies, including ordering stationery and stock management

Ideally, you will have a keen eye for detail, be highly organised, enthusiastic, and able to demonstrate:

- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in Simpro (or similar software) would be advantageous
- High attention to detail
- An exceptional level of verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
- A current drivers licence
