The Opportunity

As a Contracts Administrator, you'll play a key role in managing the financial and contractual side of multiple medium-density residential projects, ensuring each one runs smoothly and efficiently.

This position would suit someone who enjoys the detail and variety of the CA role and is looking to build a long-term career in project administration and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and administer contracts and subcontracts
  • Manage variations, progress claims, purchase orders, and cost reporting
  • Liaise with Site Managers, Project Managers, and consultants
  • Assist with procurement and tendering processes
  • Monitor budgets, forecasts, and project timelines
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms and company policies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers

About You

You'll bring:

  • 3+ years' experience as a Contracts Administrator within residential or medium-density/multi-residential construction
  • Strong understanding of contract law, project financials, and construction processes
  • Excellent organisation, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Experience with construction management software and Microsoft Office
  • A team-first mindset, attention to detail, and genuine interest in growing within the CA space long term
