**The role**
We are seeking to engage an experienced IT Project Coordinator with demonstrated Infrastructure and Networking experience. Join an existing project team for an initial period of 12 months

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate any requirement for site visits
- Coordination & tracking of User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Obtain updates & provide regular progress status reporting inputs
- Liaise with various partners/vendors for coordination of project inputs & implementation activities
- General project administration
- Other reasonable duties to support the PM in project delivery
- Collate inputs to facilitate planning for site visits e.g., identify site contacts, obtain floor plans & confirm other necessary site details
- Obtain inputs for project schedule development
- Develop and maintain Site Master Tracker
- Liaise with internal teams, sites and partners to coordinate site visits for audits, wireless surveys & other project implementation activities

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology.
- Proven experience in IT project coordination.
- Ability to keep up with IT advancements.
- Exceptional communication skills toward facilitating the use of new software systems.
- Knowledge of relevant licensing and industry compliance regulations.
