**About the Opportunity**

Questas Group has a great opportunity available for a Shared Services Manager to join our team in our brand-new modern office in Norwest.

In this ’hands on’ role you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the Questas Group finance shared services team and provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to the Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Asset Management Services and Payroll teams.

You will establish service level agreements (SLAs) and monitor key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the four finance areas and identify and drive opportunities for process improvements and automation.

**About You**

You will have experience in a similar role and a track record of identifying process improvements and successfully executing changes.

You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as being a great stakeholder manager.

The following skills, experience and attributes will help you to succeed in this role:

- Extensive experience in AR and AP processes.
- Experience in payroll and fixed assets is desirable - but not essential.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated experience effectively prioritising and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work cross functionally and collaborate with multiple departments.
