About the Role
- Participate in developing a high performing hospital culture with improved community perception of quality. Manage and provide leadership and mentorship for the Logan Beaudesert Consumer Liaison Service staff in the area of consumer feedback and consumer engagement. Provide leadership and support to Logan and Beaudesert staff in the area of consumer feedback and consumer engagement. Assist the Director, Clinical Governance as requried with the functions of the Clinical Govenrance Unit.
