About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead by example, providing advanced clinical and consultancy services to Consumer Liaison/Consumer Partnering teams. Your expertise will be sought after by colleagues across the organization, and you'll play a critical role in shaping our approach to consumer feedback and complaint resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality clinical and consultancy services to Consumer Liaison/Consumer Partnering teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Provide professional leadership and mentorship to less experienced clinicians, supporting their growth and development within the organization.
  • Act as a trusted clinical reference point for MSH Consumer Liaison Officers, offering guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for managing consumer complaints and feedback, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Advanced clinical knowledge and experience in Consumer Liaison/Consumer Partnering.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with colleagues and consumers.
