About the Role
Provide a consumer feedback management service for Princess Alexandra Hospital, in accordance with Metro South Health Service Partnering with Consumer governance and local consumer feedback procedures. This includes:

- Maintain consumer feedback management system that includes partnership with patients and carers.
- Ensuring processes are in place to support the workforce to recognise and report consumer feedback.
- Provide feedback to the workforce on the analysis of reported complaints and compliments.
- Ensuring systems are in place to implement improvements in response to consumer feedback.
- Ensuring the complaint management system is governed appropriately.
