Location
- Based in Alexandria, NSW with operations across various states.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, organise, direct, control, and coordinate the sales and marketing activities of the organisation.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to meet and exceed fundraising targets.
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and resources across interstate operations.
- Forge and maintain strategic relationships with venue partners for fundraising activities.
- Lead and mentor a multi-state team of fundraisers, fostering an environment of growth and achievement.
- Ensure all activities comply with legal standards and ethical practices in fundraising.
- Manage sales staff, including assistance in recruiting and training new team members, ensuring they are well-prepared and aligned with company goals.

To succeed in this role, you:

- Must have a relevant bachelor's degree or higher qualification or at least five years of relevant experience
- Require at least 2+ years of experience in management roles within sales and marketing, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
- Must possess superior communication skills and leadership qualities.
- Should be adept at navigating multi-state operations and logistics.
- Must have the right to work full-time in Australia.
