**About the Company**

Our client has obtained a new beauty and luxury supplier, and we have a great opportunity available. Located in Horsley Park, this is an excellent 2-3 month assignment, with the high potential to extend.

We require a customer support administrator, with the opportunity to grow within a sizeable supply-chain organisation. In this fast-paced environment, two days aren’t the same and require a individual for an ASAP Start.

**About the role**
- Providing professional customer support in a supply chain operation
- Assisting with freight investigation
- Assisting with compliance including checking addresses, missing freight, short items and missing customer information
- Updating orders in an Excel spreadsheet and sharing with suppliers and clients daily
- Ad-hoc Data Entry and Administration duties

**About you**

You have exceptional communication and experience working within a team environment, supporting clients or customers with a high volume of enquiries.

You have experience in managing multiple customers, clients or accounts professionally and are able to communicate effectively. Show commitment for the estimated duration of the role for the next 3 months then be considered for an opportunity to work towards a long term role within the global business.
- 1-2 years of customer service, client or account management experience
- Experience in a supply chain operations or similar
- Intermediate skill level using Excel - spreadsheet and reporting knowledge is highly advantageous

**Requirements**:

- Comfortable to move around a busy warehouse operation
- 100% commitment throughout the duration of the assignment
- Willingness to undergo a National Police check
- Fully Covid vaccinated or medically exempt
- Reliable car and licence
